At Its Jewellery, we value customer satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with your order, you can return it within the applicable timeframe and under the conditions below.

Return Policy

Returns are possible up to 14 days after receiving your order.

The product must be returned unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.

Earrings cannot be returned for hygienic reasons unless they are unopened and sealed.

Personalized products, such as jewelry with engravings or custom designs, cannot be returned.

The return shipment must be packaged with sufficient protection to prevent transport damage.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within five working days via the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is an error on our part (such as an incorrectly delivered or defective item).
